The price is the same at every public charger in Dubai. What differs is whether the charger works. Hikari sites are built to work and watched around the clock.

Prices exclude 5% VAT, shown separately on your receipt. The tariff is set by Cabinet Resolution 81 of 2024 and DEWA's EV Charging Infrastructure Regulation and is identical at every public charger in the Emirate. No subscription, no access fee, no app required. An overstay fee may apply after charging ends; where it does, it is displayed on the charger before you start.

Segments are not to scale. The breakdown is required by DEWA's licence conditions and appears on every Hikari receipt.

Indicative, assuming the car accepts the full charger power. Real times depend on the vehicle, battery temperature and starting charge.
If a charger is not working, tell us. Faults are usually visible to us before you call, and every report is logged and resolved under DEWA's complaint-handling rules.

Public charging in Dubai costs AED 1.20 per kWh for DC fast charging and AED 0.70 per kWh for AC, plus 5% VAT, at every licensed operator including Hikari. The price is fixed by Cabinet Resolution 81 of 2024 and operators may not discount or surcharge it.
No. You scan the QR code on the charger and pay by card in your phone's browser. No app, account or subscription is required. Regular users can ask for an RFID card.
Some hotels, employers and retailers offer free charging to their guests, staff or customers under a free-provision licence. Open public charging is paid at the regulated tariff. Where a Hikari site offers free charging for a host's guests, the charger says so before you start.
A fee some operators charge if a car stays plugged in after charging has finished, to keep bays available. Dubai's Regulation permits it only if it is in the terms and displayed on the charger before you start. Hikari shows it on the charger and in the payment flow.
